Functional Strength Session Schedule

4 Week Session (*occasionally it will be a 5 week session when the month has 5 Tuesdays)

Tuesdays: 5:05-5:45 PM & 5:50 - 6:30 PM

Session 1: April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th 

Session 2: May 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th 

Session 3: June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th

Session 4: July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd (*no class July 29th)

Session 5: August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Session 6: September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

Session 7: October 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

Session 8: November 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

Session 9: December 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd (*no class Dec. 30th)

Yoga Class Schedule

Thursdays: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
